I'm surprised with the amount of 'Diet Soda' I see on here. No judgement at all, really just surprised. I drink about a can a day and even more when I'm at work. I know there are healthier options but not too many 0 calorie drinks satisfy the cravings.

I'm 5'0". SW 122 CW 112 GW 108 Sticking to 1200 is hard. I try to eat back only some of my exercise calories and avoid over indulging on the weekends. Feel free to add me!

4'11 here. Add me also! I'm close to my goal weight (108) but plan to keep posting and logging so I don't creep back up.

I don't shop at Costco but I'm happy this isn't about Trader Joe's(where all the food is imported) or Whole Foods (where all the food is expensive).

I lost weight after stopping NuvarRing, but I also started using MFP around the same time. I didn't have any weight gain or side effects while i was on it. I initially though I was more moody while taking it but I'm still just at moody many months after stopping.

I'm 5'0, SW 123 but was as high as 135. Currently 110-112 after 113 days on MFP. YAY! Goal is 108. I can already tell these last couple of pounds are going to be the most difficult. Feel free to add me to check out my diary.

Hi! I got the chicken Fontinella. It came with roasted vegetables and potatoes. Proabably not the most appealing thing on the menu but still delicious. Everything looked great. If I go back again I'll probably try to save some calories throughout the week and get something more indulgent.

My ex had two young kids when we were dating. I thought they were so cute and lovable. They're getting older and awkward looking. Now I'm like "thank god I don't have to deal with those brats"

I've stopped trying to figure it out. I can hit the same amount of steps on different days and have totally different calories added as exercise. I just look at it as a bonus if I get extra calories.

Fitnessblender.com has a ton of free videos that can be done at home with little or no equipment. There are also a couple YouTube channels that have good quick videos.

I just weighed my ice cream and I hate myself for it. Not because I ate the ice cream but because I weighed it before I ate it. I never thought I'd become so obsessed with food. But hey... I'm halfway to my goal.

I use online videos 1-2x per week. Usually fitnessblender or free YouTube videos. I'm sure the guys that live below me love to hear me jumping around. What do you estimate the calorie burn would be?

I only weigh myself after a gym workout, sans clothes. There are still fluctuations but It feels nice to get all the extra fluid out.

Question for my fellow shorties... Where do you buy your clothes!? I like Banana Republic Petite but there isn't one convenient. I still need to hem their pants too.

The hospital I work at uses Sodexo. I can't comment on the nutrition facts and their accuracy. I would suggest sticking to the salad bar (but be careful of the dressings) and anything prepackaged. I'm 4'11" I officially started MFP at 123 but had been as high as 135. Currently at 115. Goal is 108 but happy to make any progress even if the scale doesn't show it. I think maintaining is going to be the tricky part. As you can see in my pic, I enjoy pie and beer. :)
