I just hit 30 days yesterday and I'm down 11 lbs.

The queen of couch potatoes and social anxiety (me) actually left the house and took a walk outside. It felt great. I might start doing this everyday. Then I stopped procrastinating and took my measurements and even remembered to record them. :)

If you're eating from habit or boredom, get a hobby that involves your brain and your hands. I crochet, read, play video games, paint. Stuff like that will take your mind off food and keep your hands from reaching for the chips. If you just want to crunch on something, crushed ice is great. Sometimes you just need to…

I've used mashed avocado and light ranch dressing to make tuna salad. Both were pretty good.
-
Tuna melt....place on bread of your choice, top with cheese of your choice and broil it until cheese is melty...nomnomnom.

Yum! As far as calories go, I don't deduct any for unused sauce because the chicken is absorbing it as it cooks. I don't know if that's standard, but that's just how I do it.

Well, I'm no expert, but when I cook in the crock pot, I measure and weigh everything as it goes in and get my calorie count from that. I don't count whatever juice is produced by cooking the ingredients together.

I love cheese, tooooooooooo...grated parmesan in my omelets, provolone on my pastrami sammies and extra sharp cheddar just for a snack. Yum!

Yes, I got a lot more sunflower seeds using the scale than I did when I used the cup.

I noticed the same thing and I've only been here 25 days.

I'm grateful for the constant love and support my hubby gives me. <3

I love the 90 calorie Fiber ONE bars. They have different flavors and textures. Plus they fit nicely into my calories and my macros.

If their diaries are open to their friends, you can go to their profile and click "View Diary".
-
I don't have a fitbit, but you can add me as a friend if you like. Today marks my third week here and I'm down 7 lbs. I'm 46 and have 77 lbs to go. I log everyday and my diary is open to friends. Good luck to you. :)
-
Wow! That's very inspiring for me, considering how fabulous you look now. :)
-
I'm terribly pear-shaped. So everything between my belly button and my knees is just a nightmare.
-
46 with about 77 lbs to go. Add me if you like and good luck on your journey. :)
-
There are lots of free exercise videos on YouTube.

I'm always looking for new buddies and my diary is open to friends. This is day 20 for me. Add me if you like and good luck on your journey.
-
Came here to lose 84 lbs. Lost 7 so far. Add me if you like and good luck. :)

Years ago, I saw an episode of Wife Swap where one of the families ate raw chicken and such. Their theory (IIRC) was that it increased their immune system by exposing them to bacteria. Gross!!
-
You can do this. I've been here 18 days and I've lost 7 lbs so far, but I still have 77 to go. It takes a lot of patience, but this works. Step by step...the road gets shorter everyday. Add me if you like and good luck on your journey. :)
-
Same. Planning ahead also helps me keep my macros evened out. I don't think I could do it any other way.
-
OMG...this is why I'm fat. Whenever I got this feeling before, I went straight for the chips. Crushed ice works really well for me.
-
I'm cracking up because I can totally relate... ME: "No way, Jose. Go eat your kibble." DOG: "What the crap, lady? You used to share."
-
I stopped tracking sodium so I could track my fiber. When I feel I've had too much, I drink extra water.
-
OMG, I was yelling my head off....I was furious they lost all that loot.

I just discovered that Taco Bell's Fresco tacos range from 140 to 160 calories each. We don't eat out much, but we get take out at least twice a month. They're yummy.

I love balsamic chicken... http://skinnyms.com/slow-cooker-balsamic-chicken/

Blackberries, pears, bananas and seedless grapes.
