A long long way to go...

Hi all

I'm Claire from the UK, I'm using MFP with a Fitbit HR. All going well so far.

I've really just started on my weight loss journey but I have a small person worth of weight to lose (123lbs currently). I've lost 8lbs in my first 3 weeks which is encouraging but even so its going to take a long old time to get to my target. Its my own fault that I have so much to lose though so I shouldn't complain.

I have a history of giving up and putting more weight back on than I lost. I'm hoping I have finally turned a corner and will stick with it. Failing that, its surgery time.

Will I ever not be hungry? lol

    You can do this. I've been here 18 days and I've lost 7 lbs so far, but I still have 77 to go. It takes a lot of patience, but this works. Step by step...the road gets shorter everyday. Add me if you like and good luck on your journey. :)
