What's your favourite low calorie treat?

Hi everyone

Ever since starting MFP I've had the biggest sweet tooth! My current favourite is a sainsburys lighter chocolate mousse after dinner, only 82 calories!! Sweet enough to stop me from going all out and demolishing a huge family bar of chocolate :-O

I love the 90 calorie Fiber ONE bars. They have different flavors and textures. Plus they fit nicely into my calories and my macros.

I use an air popper to make my own popcorn! If I want chocolate, I'll usually grab a square or 2 of Dark Chocolate. :)

Fudge pops, yes! Also, lately I've been loving plain greek yogurt with blueberries and a drizzle of honey. Usually I just try to keep the cals for dessert because I love my dessert haha.

I just discovered the Enlightened bars last week. I've had the Toasted Almond and Chocolate Peanut Butter so far. High protein and good source of fiber with only a couple grams of fat and 70-80 calories. Yum
