I like GNC shakes...not necessarily for weightloss...but a quick breakfast (just easier for me in the morning) and a way to get in a good amount of protein.

Emotions = food for me. You name the emotion...and there is a go to food. I hate it!!

My experience with exercise is limited - so I just want to make sure I am doing the max to help me burn more and keep losing! For whatever reason I was under the impression that cardio did that - but I can see from the general response that's not really the case. Word!

This whole concept just sounds wrong. I don't get why people invest in this. Who wants the fat pushed somewhere else? Why not just work to eliminate it? Also...lying to your family sounds better than rearranging your internal parts. Not sure I understand the logic.

I feel you. This is hard stuff. You gotta dig deep and realize how much you are worth it. When I feel like quitting (happens all the time) I browse the success forum and get my motivation back. You got this.

So far...I tend to go over on WW while still being under on MFP. Maybe its the calories I eat back. I don't eat them all...but a girl is hungry after a workout!

So the MFP goal adjusts with the activity which includes the 500 deficit? Sorry so lame :(

So - when my Fitbit syncs with MFP - am I supposed to be eating the extra calories the MFP gives me (ie...is it still on track with my original 1.5 per week goal?) Or do I still need to stick with the original (no activity) amount of calories? Sorry for post hijacking!!! -
