JFT Monday - stop allowing frustrations to build. Today is one of those days where for no good reason everything is annoying and demotivating and hitting my self-esteem and it's just building and not dissipating like normal. Oh yeah it is also self-perpetuating so even mild things are now annoying me excessively.0

Hello! First time on! I've been feeling really horrible about myself lately. I look in the mirror and cannot believe how big I am. Its so hard. I hurt all over. I'm only 43 but I feel like I'm 100! Back hurts, ankles hurt, heartburn all the time and always so tired. But today I will start - I'm 290 lbs and 5'5. Also looking for some buddies to help me along my journey so send me a message if anyone is interested! My goals for today, just today.....
1. Eat 3 healthy meals today
2. Go for a 1/2 walk today
3. Log my food
4. And focus JUST on today3
