That is an awesome story!!! Good for you and keep going with your journey. Maintenance can almost be harder after losing all of the weight. My end goal date is 11/23/15. I hope I can say I am where you are by that date and can share such a great success story. Cheers to you!!!

It's definitely harder to keep up here and other groups. I still try to check this thread but it is easier to check the group and since there are usually a few posts I think this one gets lost in the shuffle. My nutritional. Ictory was trying a veggie burger and loving it! I had such bad thoughts about eating vegetarian but I feel myself going more toward that trend and staying away from red meat. Though bacon may be too hard to give up completely. LOL

You can do it! There is lots of support here and you can add me as a friend any time. I log on daily and try to be as supportive as I can because we are all in this together! You are off to a great start! I started at needing to lose 138 pounds and have about 119 left to go! Here is to a great week of living healthy!!!

I'm good either way with public vs. private. Might be good to keep public for a while and then once you have your true core members you can make private if everyone wants. Since we are all trying to build relationships with each other to help support and motivate it might be good to be private down the road. Just a thought.

There are a couple of things you can try. First, try changing up your exercise and do something totally different. Our bodies like routine so if you can try to maybe do a different cardio that can help. The other thing is to try and increase your calories for a coup,e of days. Now obviously it doesn't mean to go binge…

I agree... If you can premake food like on Sunday for the week it is really helpful. Also.... When grocery shopping I try to stay away from the middle of the store as much as possible and shop the perimeter where most healthy options are located.

You can do it! Don't give up. There are lots of ways to save. You don't have to buy organic or really expensive items to eat healthy. Just try making changes slowly and cut out eating out if you can. That saved me tons of money!

Groups are great because you can have different threads about subject matters. The one hard thing about long threads is that as new people come on board it might be overwhelming because they will want to catch up. Though I'm good with just a thread too. :)
