With you, gal! I've had people say "but they tell me stuff about my best sleep hours!" Seriously? Are you that egotistical and self centered and me me me that you need something like this and to tell people about this? I get so tired of the human race, I swear.

Well, that just tells me to stop believing "true facts" on the frikken internet. There was absolutely no mention of rules to limit what they can eat. Why do "facts" like this get out there when they don't present the real FACTS. This is a rhetorical question ... because it is the internet I guess.

Oh, man, these are so dangerous for me! If I had a 20 pound bag (exaggeration) - I would eat the whole, entire bag. And then suffer horribly for my gluttony, because I have IBS pretty bad and nuts don't play nice with me. Even after getting sick there were times I still bought them with the same results (imagine that!).…

I read that those observing Ramadan are among the growing obese. This apparently is because after fasting all day, they totally pig out on everything during the night. Can't remember where I read it - the article was listing statistics of most obese down to least obese.

These kinds of posts scare me: "I am exercising and I am getting bigger!" I always have to check in to find out if this is true or not. So, is this true or not? Can't stand this kind of doubt!

Yes, Fooducate is an excellent app! Love the way it grades and tells you why. I got it from Google Play Store.
-
Thank you so mcuhy, kgeyer. You definintely helped me understand. I wish I had somebody like you in my daily life to clarify things! Everybody here still knows everything more than me!

I have this one and I absolutely love it! http://www.ebay.com/itm/PERFECT-PORTIONS-PORTION-CONTROL-DIGITAL-FOOD-NUTRITION-SCALE-PRECISE-FAST-SHIPG-/301663503392?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item463c8bc420

Unless he's a total *kitten*, it is not awful ... she should cheat on him! ETA: Well, wait...I'm confused. Is he the cheater or is she the cheater? That wording is tricky to me for some reason.
-
I love mine! It's a hand held, cost about $13.00 at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I just nuke the zuchinni for 2 minutes, salt and pepper - delicious.
-
LOL ... gosh, I wonder what she's referring to?
-
LOL ... please make it stop already!
-
Yeah, in one of her videos, she is telling a woman not to get surgery to enlarge her breasts, that exercise would take care of it. Yet, she had breast surgery. She's such a hypocrite - and she always looks like she got a sneer on her face. I can't stand to look at her.
-
Thank you ... does everybody experience this? How can you know exactly what you are burning? I don't believe IMHO, that any of them are spot on. But I could be wrong.
-
This is BS and annoying whenever somebody suggests it. No such thing as starvation mode.
-
I believe I tried that, but it wants you to put the information in before it starts, I guess so that you can choose different levels/programs. IDK.
-
Hey, Barry. No, there's nobody there to help train. It's just a little work out room in the apartment building, not a "real" gym, like you might think.
-
I will try that tomorrow, SimoneBee. If it works, I'll update!
-
LOL! Jeez, I wish I could do something like that.
-
WOW, just wow, sarahlifts! Those pics are amazing - you have an absolutely beautiful body. That really does prove that what that person said is definitely not true.
-
These were part of my workout routine this morning before work, urloved!
-
Hi, Sarahlou, please see my post-it is the same topic with many great replies and name to this! http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10180672/does-anybody-know-what-this-is/p1

Thank you, rabbitjb - I was hoping a seasoned "vet" on their successful fitness journey, such as you, would answer! I needed "real" verification. Gotta admit, that post freaked me out, because these types of exercises are basic to every fitness program I've heard of.

Can somebody please tell me, is this true?
-
Yes, socalkay, I am thinking that a large majority of this comes from the spandex that I was wearing and the tight jeans walking in the heat.
-
julielh, I can't help but laugh, because I was going to say that it makes me want to rip the skin on my rear end off, but I held back!
-
I don't/can't do that. If I am under by 400 calories by the time I go to sleep, then I am under by 400 calories. It doesn't matter to me. Like others, I cannot eat when I am not hungry. I would rather be under than over. The next day is a new day. If I am weak, then I will have something in the morning. But, I guess it's…
-
peachfuzzle, Yesssss! Exactly like those pins and needles, extreme, intense itchiness - it hurts like hell! And itching it in the heat does nothing but make it worse, but you can't help but itch it. I don't get raised bumps at all, either. Yes, thousands of pins jabbing in my skin - perfect way to describe it.
-
Hi, chazza, no, I'm certain it isn't prickly heat because it goes away just as soon as I cool off. The minute it's exposed to a fan or A/C, it's gone.
-
Ha ha, I missed this the first time around, Cherimoose. Dr. House would have four words to say, "Well, it isn't lupus." I have not tried antihistamine.
