5' 4.25" My initial GW was 140, but as I approach it, I'm thinking closer to 130, maybe less, depending on my body composition

Wonderful!

Eating normally for 5 days and fasting for two, I believe

I eat above my regular intake on cardio days, but below my goal. I have a hard time allowing myself to eat more sense my goal is to lose weight. I have my macros set at 45 carbs 35 fat and 20 protein, so I need around 80g in a day which isn't really a problem. My hunger is what's Freaking me out!
-
I also have the same problem. I just got some cheap calcium and iron supplements and take those. I also go several hundred over A & C. Vitamin C is water soluble and is virtually impossible to overdose on. There are some possible issues with too much Vitamin A, since it is fat soluble and not water soluble. Wikipedia says…

Lack of spontaneity if meal plans change. I can't always go out for ice cream if my friends want to on a whim because I didn't plan ahead. Things like that, other than that, smooth sailing.

Wow! Your skin has cleared up so much

You can do it! Feel free to add me if you want c:

Red numbers every once in a great while will not erase all of your progress. It's great that you've kind of conditioned yourself to want to stay under your deficit- but they're just number! Those numbers don't know anything about your mental or emotional health, so ignore them every once in a while and enjoy a day off. You…

great work! keep it up!

It sounds to me like you just need a new one, but I'm no scale expert

I'm in college too and I've lost more weight here than I ever would have at home. Is your school catered by Sodexo or another company whose food would be in the database? That's what I subsist on. Also, does your school have a gym that's open to students? If not, you could jog around campus, if it's safe enough. It's…

I'm 5' 4.25" with a starting weight of 175 with a goal of 140. I'm at about 145 now and I'm thinking closer to 135 or even 130. I might even decide to go lower depending on how I look/feel once I get to each milestone.

Go you! Great work C:

I've never tried to force my family to change completely, but I come from a farming family where meat and potatoes trumph all, so living at home means eating whatever my parents decide to cook (usually some form of meat). I couldn't exactly insist on making a separate meal from the rest of my family and then eat with them,…

You look great!

I recently hit the 25lb mark and am shooting for another 15. I might as well jump on the friend request fishing bandwagon
-
I've lost 25 pounds since starting college in August too
-
You look NOWEHERE near 30 now My mouth dropped as I scrolled down and saw it
-
5' 4.25" so I fall a bit short of your standard haha I started at 175 pounds I've been on MFP for almost 50 days and have lost close to 15 pounds in that time. I lost 10 prior over the course of about 6 months, I'm even considering lowering my goal weight (now 140) because I know that I can definitely do it C:

Great work! Since you're so young, your skin will probably snap back over time
-
Oh and I'm a medium frame
-
I'm 18, 5'4.25" I started at 175 (BMI 30) and my goal is at least 140 (BMI ~24) but I would like to maintain somewhere around the mid 130s (BMI ~22-23) depending on how easily the pounds come off and how I look and feel when I get there My lowest wright considered to be healthy is 107, but I've always been bigger, so the…

I ran a mile in under 10 minutes for the first time in my life today- 9:51! Also, I had gotten into the habit of buying clothes too big for me to give the illusion that I was smaller, so now NONE of my clothes I used to love fit me well. I look like a child.
-
I was like that too! Never classified as "fat," but never really anything. When I had to go to the very last layer of clothing to find my size was definitely a factor for me What are your stats (height/weight/age/goals/timeframe)?
-
you go! Feel free to add me if you feel I meet your specifications haha
-
you look great!

As an English major not wanting to be that friend that only comments on grammar mistakes — THANK YOU
