Laziness doesn't matter, workout wise.
Eat in a deficit and you'll lose. Calories in vs. calories out for weight loss. Exercise for health.
In addition to loosing weight I would also like to get in shape. I used to be what people call skinny fat and really need to do something about the wobble this time0 -
