Ha! Love it. At my work place, it's mostly the men...there are a few here who must drown themselves in cologne!! I've learned to hold my breath when they walk by...

I also get super angry about small stuff. For example, when I can't find something in my purse...it absolutely pisses me off if I can't get to something immediately. I realize I'm the one who put all that crap in there, but still, it makes me mad.

I eat low carb, generally under 60 a day. I feel SO much better on low carb...I sleep better and just generally feel better. It's all a personal preference, unless you have a medical condition.

I'm 5'7" and 135 pounds. I am a size 4. I still have a lot of fat on my stomach...I'm thinking I'm going to have to get down to 125 to get rid of it. I starting lifting heavy though, so I would be ok with a recomp, staying at the same weight.

I started SL 5x5 last night. Squat 65 Bench 40 Row 55 I also added leg press, walking lunges, and planks.

Sooo tired today. Work has been killing me lately! I did go to the gym last night for leg day...I squatted 125 pounds, but only for one set of 5 reps...I literally dropped the weight on the squat rack on the last set. 125 may have been a little high, although to be fair, I'd done 4 sets at that point. Anyway, I hope…

Machines are definitely good when you're by yourself. Although I've found I really only need a spot for bench press.

@kellyjellybellyjelly I try to have a protein shake after every workout and some days I have to take Advil. But honestly, I've found for the most part I just have to live with the soreness. I workout 4 days a week, so I do legs, chest/back, triceps/biceps, and shoulders. So usually it's a week before I work that body part…
