Eat as frequently or infrequently as you want as long as you stay within your set calorie range. Most people have the best luck either on one end of the spectrum or the other. Doing intermittent fasting (small eating window / 1 large meal daily) or 5-6 meals +/- snacks per day seam do get faster results than somewhere in…

I weigh from 1-2x a week. Never 2 days in a row. You can lose a couple pounds just by weighing before & after using the bathroom. I get my most accurate results weighing 1st thing in the morning after using the bathroom & before food or drink. I also put the scale on the same spot in the floor because weight is a gravity…

2lb per week is what I do & I feel like its an accomplishable goal without stressing the body & slowing the metabolism, at least in my case. But I am adding muscle at the same time, so you may lose a little faster & still he healthy.

I have an open diary if you want to add me & look at my food for healthy ideas if you want. Lost 14.6lb in 46 days while adding muscle mass at the same time.

20lb in 3mo is a very healthy & doable goal
-
Mine is open as well. I also make some notes.

^ agreed. You should shoot for 20lb, but even then you may only see a 15lb loss. If you try to lose weight too quickly the body thinks your indayger & stores the fat as well as slow your metabalism. Your body systems will suffer & you'll both feel & look bad.

Y'all feel free to add me. Also keep in mind, motivation gives you a reason to do something, discipline makes it happen.

They lighten the weight of your billfold & that's it. There's no supplement to make you burn fat faster. :)

You can adjust your macro goals under the goals tab in the side bar. U set mine for 40% carbs 35% protein 25% fat If I go under or over my some I'm fine as long as I'm still at a caloric deficit
-
You have to be at a caloric surplus.

If you eat meat. Low fat white meat is great, with fruits & veggies. Make sure your on a multivitamin as well, I use Alive because its natural & I can tell a difference. The only "supplements" that have a positive effect for me is my multi, other than that I try my best to use food as the feul for life.

Feel free to add me &/or ask any questions

The most important thing in any training is form. You must have proper posture & technique to get a nice workout & more importantly, not get hurt doing it. Keep the weight ligh-moderate until your comfortable & confident in your form with your exercises. If something feels wrong, then something is wrong. Partner with…

If your new to lifting or haven't lifted in a while you can see strength gains while at a deficit, especially if your a little chubby. If your already lean or have lifted for a while you'll have to be at a caloric surplus, even if its only 200cal/day to make gains. If you want to lose than stay at a deficit & keep lifting…

I've been losing weight & making strength gains for some time now. I would never lose weight without strength training, it almost seems counter productive to only do cardio.

When I run, I only run for 5min at a time at a decent pace. Up & downmy slightly inclined driveway. On a special day I also do sprints & a 2nd run. But that's only because I'm wanting to become a state trooper & its part of the 6mo training to run when I get accepted. I also prefer waling. I walk up & down inclines for 8hr…
