I'm a pear also :) no I might start measuring though. Am I better off avoiding squats and lunges till I notice a slight difference?

I mix fage 0% Greek yogurt and frozen strawberries in vanilla protein world shake so tasty :)

I'm starting it tomorrow :) not sure if I will be able to go up to 2 fat melters twice a day as there is a lot off caffeine in isn't there

Disagree all you like but it is what I have been taught by gym instructors,etc people who know a lot about nutrition. I'm not claiming to be an expert just thought if some people who are struggling saw it might of tried to replace it. My first day on here all I wanted was a bit of advice

Different types of bread rather than normal that was my whole point

I'm not telling anyone to stop eating it I was saying what works for me and that wraps and pitta are a healthier option

Difference of opinion then. The point I was making was there are better options than bread that's all

It's well known that it's not good for you obviously there are worse things to eat but wholemeal pitta or wraps are a better choice

It's the first day I've used it and has helped with fruit and veg intake. Thanks for the suggestions guys. Had juices for breakfast and lunch few healthy snacks inbetween and will have a meal tonight :)

I've just got a nutribullet so that's the reason I'm asking!! It's real food in the juices obviously and healthy snacks inbetween.
