  • 1. Coffee!/ Sugar free Torani coffee syrups 2. Giant bags of frozen chicken breast tenderloins 3. Frozen vegetables 4. Apples because they’ll last a month in the fridge 5. Comfy shoes to walk in
  • I’ve discovered salad in a bag! Lol I just throw everything for a salad in a giant ziplock bag and take that to work with me with the dressing on the side. -Tuna salad made with hummus with carrots -Over-night oats with blueberries and walnuts -Baked chicken with baked vegetables -Chia pudding with freeze dried fruit and…
  • Hey again. Just wanted to let you know I found these things called Enlightened Broad Bean crisps, they’re delicious and only 100 calories per 1 oz serving, they have 7g of protein per serving. They come in sweet and salty flavors. GNC.com is doing free shipping at the moment so I just placed an order for 15, 3oz bags. Lol
  • Trail Mix, Nuts, Fruit (Any kind of melon, bananas, apples, oranges, etc), baby carrots, pickles, jello, beef jerky, cheese, freeze dried edamame is really high in protein, yogurt cups. I’m sure you’ve probably heard these all before but they’re all relatively quick, easy and things you can eat on the go if you need to.
  • Sugar free jello - 5 calories a cup! Or sugar free pudding - like 60-70 calories depending on the flavor. Sugar free jello parfaits - 25 calories a cup. I love me some jello 😋 lol
  • This happens to me on the daily. It’s kind of annoying but you’ll just have to open your Fitbit app and let it refresh and then once it’s calculated your current steps close the Fitbit app and open MFP and it should show your steps. Hope that helps!
  • I’m 5’4” and maintain a weight between 108-112 on around 1600 to 2000 calories a day. Feel free to add me, I love to eat! Lol
  • That’s an awesome idea! I eat the pure protein bars as a snack at night after dinner. Lol I love the Dark chocolate coconut ones, just ordered a box of Birthday cake bars and Red Velvet bars so hopefully those will be good.
  • I think you’re fine, just make sure you’re drinking enough water. If you feel constipated I would up your water intake to help the fiber pass through.
  • -Sugar free jello!! (Only 10 calories a cup! ) -Can of tuna (90 calories) -Porks rinds! (70-80 calories) -Pickles (5 calories) -Baby carrots (60 calories for like 20 carrots) -Salsa (Usually 10 calories for 2 tbsps) -What everyone else said
  • I think you’re safe to eat 1500/1600 calories, just up your calories by 100 for a few weeks and see how your weight acts. The best way to do that would be to use a weight tracking app like Libra or Happy Scale. I’m 23 years old, 110 lbs and 5’4” and I maintain on 1600-1900. It just depends on how much I’ve worked out or…
  • I can relate with you. I’m cold 24/7. Unless it’s 75F or higher, I’m always cold. It may be due to my weight, I’m 5’4” and weigh 110. I’ve been eating at maintenance since December and haven’t felt a change. I’ve also been taking iron supplements to see if that would help but no luck as of yet. If you warm up from eating…
  • I love hummus too! I’ve been mixing my hummus in with a can of tuna with chopped onions and pepper and using that as a kind of dip for vegetables. Or I’ll make a bunch of Greek yogurt with blueberries, cinnamon, chia seeds and peanuts and have a few containers of that ready to go.
  • The confusion over how many serving sizes is in a bag of popcorn!
  • Tofu, soy milk, pork rinds?
  • I’ll eat a lot of filling, low calorie foods during the day so I won’t be starving and eat everything later on. Carrots, salsa, peppers, tuna, fruit, egg whites, most vegetables actually. Haha I’d definitely recommend not skipping meals though, especially if you’re going to be drinking. Cause I know after I’ve had a few…
  • I’d probably have to say the cheese just because boiling eggs can be a pain in the *kitten*. But neither of those would be filling for me. I’d have to eat like 2 eggs or 2 cheese or the egg and cheese together. On another note though, pork rinds have high fat and protein so you could go with that too. Or 1/2 a cup of full…
  • I eat around 1550-1700 everyday, feel free to add me for food ideas, my diary is open. I usually eat about the same things every week but it might help give you some ideas.
  • Tilapia and chicken are my go tos. The tilapia takes about 15 minutes to bake and you can season it with anything. Same goes with the chicken, it’s not as quick to bake but it’s easy and versatile. I usually throw a bag of frozen veg on a baking tray, add some seasoning (I like to use Braggs liquid aminos) and bake it for…
  • You could use almond/coconut/soy milk instead of the milk/creamer and use sugar free syrups for the sweetness. I just cut out my creamer and started doing this and it tastes great. Torani has a ton of flavored syrups. I got SF Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, SF Toffee and SF Hazelnut and I’m not missing the creamer at all. I…
  • I agree with a lot of other people on here but if you know you’re going to want to snack, save some room for snacking. I usually have a snack after dinner and make sure I’ve got calories for it, I prelog almost all of my food at the beginning of the week to keep me on track and might add a couple things here and there if I…
  • I’m a container hoarder. Lmao I collect the Greek yogurt containers, the container my blue cheese comes in, and sometimes if a Chinese take out has durable containers I’ll save those too. Haha You can never have enough tubeware.
  • Wow, I’m so interested in trying these now! Gonna buy the 3 sampler pack and try all the flavors, this is awesome! Thank you!
  • I’ve been using Mio and the 0 calorie water powder packs, they taste good and makes me want to drink more water. Also hot tea and coffee are great too, of course limit the cream and sugar if you use any.
  • Just make sure you’re hitting an appropriate protein intake for your stats and fill in the rest with fats and carbs depending on which one satisfies you more. Fats aren’t inherently bad and neither are carbs.
  • I’m right there with you, I just have a desire to eat if I have free time at home so tea and coffee helps a lot!
  • Dang, you must of ate a ton of carrots if you gained weight off them. Lol Maybe it was over eating in general that caused your weight gain. I’ve got a big appetite and am in maintenance so being able to eat a lot of something low calorie (ie. carrots), helps me stick to my calorie goal and keeps me satisfied.
  • Whaaaaaaaaaattt!! I’m out of the loop apparently, I’m going to have to buy a box! I bet they are amazing. Thanks for the heads up! Lol
