You’ve done so well! I had to comment because your last drink was the same day my youngest was born. If your sobriety were a person he would be walking around and beginning to talk by now! Have an awesome day!

You have to purposefully log so I have to…

Heck, I count aimlessly wandering around work as exercise

Hi, first time in the thread, I think it’s a wonderful idea! I lost 50lbs a few years back, which resulted in a (happy) pregnancy, which resulted in 50lbs back on! Baby is 18mo now and I’m feeling the urge to shrink again. Since I found this at 3pm my goal for the day is to just have dinner, no snacks, and get to 10k steps…

Seeing this for the first time and adding my voice. Awesome post man.

Herbal weight loss supplements have been shown to aggravate the liver. Best to keep away. If you feel like you need medication talk to your Dr. and discuss something safer

I'm guessing that you can just read the ingredients. I'd also research what's so "bad" about artificial sugars.

I think I may actually know this! Paleobotinists. They specialize in identifying fossilized plants, seeds and pollen. So we can know what plants were around our ancestors (and extrapolate what was eaten by what we can eat today). There is also evidence of cut marks on bones that have been butchered, so we can see what meat…

This needs to be on a tee shirt.

Isn't that called "diabetes"?

You are quite the perfect mix! Let's see I get lots of Ham products (polish) but my husband is Jewish so does that mean my kid can't eat anything???

So I watched a couple of shows tonight because I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I'm split on this. Some folks are honest good folks who got in a bad place and are doing their best to get out. Huzzah for them. Others just seem to be jerks and I have trouble empathizing with jerks regardless of their issues. On…

To be fair I think that has to do as much with the collisions as anything else.

Ive noticed a common theme of these fad diets is that, while they claim to be simple, they are actually very complicated. I am convinced that this is a safeguard against the diet failing. It isn't " this diet doesn't work" it's "you aren't diciplined enough to follow this diet" The diet is put above reproach, just look how…

I'm 5'8" 185 and still have lots of body fat to go. My sister is 5'8" and 135 and is very slim, but gracile, not athletic. The lowest she ever got was 127 after a flu (aka NOT a healthy weight!)

Popping in as a random old lady to say dang lady, you are beautiful!
-
Huzzah! That is awesome! I don't fly much, but I recall thinking that the seats on the subway were far roomier than they used to be!
-
After dinner for me. I knit! Keep the hand busy and they wouldn't bust themselves with food!
-
It should only have an effect that lasts about a week right? So it's not really gonna be that big a deal in the long run! Don't always trust horror stories. People like looking for excuses!

Jealous, jealous for SOOOOOOO many reasons!

Falling off the wagon, feeling my size 14s get tight, saying "screw this", getting back on the wagon and having them fit comfortably 4 days later. Niiiice. Maybe I'll out shrink them after all ;)
