71 lbs gone and tons of inches!!!! Feeling like a new person!!! Starting a whole new program January 4th and super duper EXCITED about it!!!!! Got about 15-20 more lbs I want GONE and lots of toning to do.

Thank you so much.. It's a wonderful feeling finally being healthy! I have changed up with my calories over the past few months. I started at 1700 and went as low as 1500, which was too low for me... I'm at 1650 now. I have completed the whole focus t25 by Beachbody program and started it over again last week

I have been weighing myself everyday but recently got discouraged because I've hit a plateau and am obsessing over the number on the scales when I should be more focused to the inches I am losing. I believe T25 just isn't for me.. I've actually gained 1lb and gained some inches... I follow a pretty healthy diet and stay below my calorie allowance everyday. Before T25 I was working out to random workouts videos I found on YouTube and was getting great results... So I may return to doing that...
