Not as a meal replacement but I take one every day for the protein. My wife bought the sample shakeology and they are very expensive and comes out really thick. No way I can just chug it down.

I prefer to do weight training than cardio. I dont think i can lift weights after doing an hour of cardio. If you're in a deficit, you should lose weight regardless of how much cardio you do. I havent switched up my routine in 3 yrs. If it works, why change it? Yes you need to increase the weights as you get stronger but that's about it.

yes, try 1500 for a few weeks and see if you're losing, if you are..great, if not, drop another 100 and try that for a few weeks.

1200 calories is way too low for you (or anyone). Probably why you are always hungry.

i use iphone 5 with cords under my shirt. always wear sweat pants or shorts that have pockets with zippers. is there a good earpod that is louder? the apple earpod is just not loud enough.

I recommend you get your BF down to about 15% and continue your cut. what are you getting bored with? you can still eat as long as you dont go over your cut calories and lift just as heavy with intensity.

my buddy who refuses to go to the gym does P90X. I think he's getting bored with it so I like to recommend this to him. is there a difference? for all the people that tried it. what type of results are you seeing. Never been a fan of home workout but if it works, it works. Thanks

1200 is really low especially for a person that doesnt have to lose a lot. One pound = 3500 calories so you'll need to eat 500 calories less a day. How much do you weigh, height, age, activity level?

I would suggest you eating less, do you have a target date and weight? like my goal is to lose 10lbs in 12 weeks. my calorie intake is about 1750 a day.
