Hype, hype, hype, and did I mention, HYPE! They do not work the way the say they do. None of them actually burn fat. Some of them increase the amount of calories burned in a day through a thermogenic effect. This effect is so minimal that it's probably the equivalent of a bananas worth of calories or less (probably less). Where certain products do work is that they can create an appetite suppression effect. This will very from product to product and person to person. In my experience none are worth what they cost. Proper diet and exercise is what will cause 99.99% of progress. Focus your efforts, energy, and money on that.0
