If you can get to a supermarket with a restaurant/cafe they often have calories listed online. I know Sainsbury's do (assuming you're in the UK that is)

Thanks for the links. I'll give them a go

Thanks very much. It's roughly 5 miles so not unachievable by my standards I'd hope. There are some big, steep hills which is my main concern really.
-
Cheque is in the post thanks :D

Wow, that's an amazing difference in body shape. Good on you for sticking with it!

Wow you look fantastic, the swim suit is really pretty too. I hope you enjoy your new found love of the beach.

I'm tantalisingly close to being under 16 stone for the first time in years. I think I can lose the next 3lbs before 3rd April. Very achievable I think, so long as I stick to the plan! My next goal is to lose enough inches around my waist so that I don't have to agonise over whether or not the seat belt on the plane will…

Hello, I've just restarted SW and am using MFP to log, feel free to add me as a friend :)
-
Really well done! My bad maths says 60lbs down, that's just over 4 stone loss. Amazing work!

I used to weigh daily, now maybe twice a week. When I weighed daily I logged my Monday morning weight and would use that as the weight I considered myself to be, until the next Monday morning. The daily weighing was just out of interest and because I'm impatient.

You can add me! https://www.fitbit.com/user/3PVTKS I'd like to do some challenges too, although my step count is awful :(
-
https://www.fitbit.com/user/3PVTKS UK based. Would love to have some fitbit friends to encourage me to move a bit more! I get a low step count if I don't purposely make an effort (desk job).

Yep, I suffered with it really badly. I now buy good quality shoes with good arch support and it's generally all good now!
-
If you've got time to prep your snacks, I'd recommend a hard boiled egg.
-
I don't think there is a place to do it on MFP :(
-
Google for a carrot and red lentil soup - filling and yummy :) I use the one on the bbcgoodfood.com website.

Hello wedding peoples! I'm getting married but no date set yet, probably spring 2017. I'd like to lose 3 stone before the big day, whenever it is. My long term goal is to lose 5 stone. Happy wedding planning!

When visiting London I got on a tube train and these two loud obnoxious American girls started talking about how disgusting fat people are and that fat shaming is a good thing while looking at me. I felt so embarrassed and upset. No need for it really. Am too shy to ever say anything back :(

Hi! Ex-SW member here. I go it alone these days by combining SW style meals with calorie counting on MFP :)
-
Chicken, sweet potato and spinach curry (also using the onions, tomatoes and coriander as we call cilantro in the UK) yummy :)
-
Well done

I'm in  Definitely in need of some group support. Have put back on all the weight I'd lost and some more. Start weight is 227lbs

Wow, 7 stone loss is amazing. I'm sure you can smash your new goal too! I'm from the UK and want to lose 5 stone. Slow progress for me, very slow! Feel free to add :)

I bought an antiperspirant from ASDA called Perspirex which really helps with underarm sweat. You apply it at night, once a week or so and then I also use regular deodorant during the day. Apparently the company do lotions and things too for sweaty hands but I've not tried them. Tempted though, as I too have always been…

I've tried Slimming World and had great success with it in the past. I don't follow the plan anymore (I'm now just using MFP to track calories) but I use the basis of Slimming World when I cook my food because it's a good system! Good luck with your losses :)

Couscous mixed with veg and chicken - add in some moroccan spices for yumminess.

I always feel hungry, I think. I know a lot of the time it's just my brain being stupid because even after eating a big meal and my stomach feels physically full I still think "I could eat more of that" or "now I want to eat something sweet" when I know that it'll make me feel uncomfortably full. This is the toughest thing…
