  • I didn’t check in yesterday. It was a bad day. Let’s pretend it didn’t happen and move on to today. Today was a great day and achieved all 3 goals with shining stars! ✨⭐️
  • Pass! I don’t wait until the first to start being strict and turning things around that I let slip during the last month. Tomorrow starts a more strict awareness of carbs and sugar tracking! Probably will have some serious detox issues this next week! Pray for me!
  • Ugh, time for bed. I am not feeling well. Hopefully it is just something I ate and not the stomach flu creeping in on me the day before Christmas with my parents! I met all three goals today. Tomorrow may be a different story, but I guess it will largely depend on how my stomach feels!
  • Over 13,000 steps today. Walking and row machine. 80 minutes of exercise today! Logged all and under.

  • Taking a pass day today. I walked for 45 minutes this morning, but a work potluck was me demise. I didn’t log everything and probably went over calories. This may be my 3rd pass day I think. With two big family get togethers coming up, I will probably have more. I will continue to report in every day though!
  • 3rd day in a row with both a morning and afternoon workout complete. I love working out. Walking, jogging, circuit weights, Kettlebells, TRX, HIIT. ❤️ it all.   • Great day! Two workouts (93 min total) and well below calories and all logged. Trying to eat more healthy fats in order to feel fuller longer. Cravings for carbs and sugars BE GONE!
  • I had a cruddy morning and ate like crap so went on a 4 mile walk/run today. Felt great during and after. Watched what I ate the rest of the day and managed to stay under and all tracked. What was looking like a crappy day got turned around with a little “eye on the prize” mentality.
  • Xmas shopping today. Lots of walking so ✔️ Ate a salad at Culver’s so that helped me stay under calories ✔️ and logged all ✔️
  • Sick day/vacation day. All rolled up into one crappy day. However, I did walk on the treadmill for 45 minutes and logged my food and was under. I can’t wait to be 100% healthy again!
  • Sick! Again! Anyone else experiencing the never ending cold symptoms that seem to mostly go away then come back again! Grrr! Well, I still managed to meet all 3 goals today!
  • Good day today. Yes x 3 and 2 great workouts including circuit and body weight training.
  • Yes to all 3!! B) Over 12,000 steps today. A morning workout and an afternoon bonus workout! Calories were under even with the halo top ice cream!
  • Good day overall! 2 workouts in so well over exercise goal! Logged and under calories too. :) Would have been a great day instead of just good if that dang crispy bar hadn’t made its way in my mouth!

  • Happy to be here! I know logging works, but I have troubles sticking to it. I recently lost 25 pounds changing my diet to low carb, low sugar. However, I have been slipping and see the scale is going the WRONG way! Here’s to getting back on track and healthy!
