I weigh myself every morning but i only log loss on mfp getting congrats after i gained and lost 2lbs of water weight kinda gets annoying. You can always use spaghetti squash in lew of pasta if your looking to change it up some and get away from pasta all the time. My family loves pasta so do i but i made it for the first time in the summer and they enjoyed it.

I actually made stuffed peppers with chop meat black and red kidney beans chiles and some onions and diced tomatos they were awesome. Even my kids ate them!

I weigh everyday and measure at the end of the month. But also look for nsv such as the way my clothes fit, am i able to do more reps, can i lift heavier weights, and of course my recovery time while doing cardio circuits.

I used to work in a shop and have many tattoos. You shouldnt have any problems doing any workouts except for being sore in that area from the trauma to the skin.

Enable negative calorie adjustments it will take away/add calories accordingly. And just enter everything on mfp only dont double up entries on mfp and fitbit.mfp overwrites calories on fitbit.

Im 5'11 and aiming for 135-140lbs. Im at 158lbs now. Before i had kids i was a dancer and an athlete and was super toned. I like the way i look at that weight and it would be nice to look and feel that way again but no rush. Slow and steady.

Im a mom of 2 boys (13 y/o and 3 y/o). Ive found that for me getting up early and working out while they are still sleeping is the best. I do about 45-75 minutes everyday. I get up early and go down into our home gym. Its my time away from our 2 boys and a nice time to destress and gets me ready for the day.

Ive been to anytime fitness up by where i live. They do a free boot camp on saturdays where members and non mrmbers can come. Its a nice place too.

My hubs turned part of our family room in our basement into a home gym for me. He put up mirrors and weight racks and got alot of stuff for me to do at home workouts so i could be home with our boys and still have a place to go for me time. He worked really hard on it and i use it everyday thats what i love about my gym.

My mood. I feel so much better about getting up everyday even if i wake up and feel blah and force myself to workout afterwards i feel more centered and focused.

I have been trying as well and i either get a drink of water and sit for awhile if i want a snack till it passes or for smoking i do something that keeps me and my hands busy for awhile Try to weight it out a bit if you can make it 45 mins to an hour without one you pretty much beat the craving.
