Hi, I have fibromyalgia, Raynaud's phenomenon, arthritis, Mortons neuroma, plantar fasciitis and hyper mobility. I'm currently trying to increase my movement, doing little walks and stretches to try and increase strength after being bed bound/ wheelchair bound for a very long time It's nice to chat to people who understand…

That's lovely, those women all have similar skeletons. Me, rabbit and kshama2001 are likely very different in bone structure to someone like onedimsim. No excuses, I am fat, I have a lot of body fat that I carry round my tummy. That's not my bone structure, that's my fat. When I was slimmer I had very little fat but still…

Awesome. My dad has hose pipes going round the back of his beds with holes in to make it easier to water. It's a faff getting it set up but very handy once it's done Just bought some more courgette seeds this morning as my 6 beautiful seedlings that were looking nice and strong got knocked off the unit by my husband who…

Yep. I get that some might use it as an excuse sometimes but really you know if it's bs when there's a big loose wobble under their t shirt and not a sign of a bone or joint :D

Lol well you don't need my advice then! I should be asking you for tips by the sounds of it ha ha. Do you struggle with drought a lot in California? In Essex where I live in the uk we have thick heavy clay soil and a lot of rain so often my flower beds are a sticky horrible mess. I add gravel and compost, but it's a never…

Exactly, I think we are able to make judgment of our own bodies. Even when I was slim I had to get bracelet extenders! It's your body, of course you know it better than anyone else

Sabine, if you are worried about water shortage, a tip I learned was this.. Stick a load of litle holes in a milk carton or soda bottle and bury it next to your thirsty plant, just leave the top exposed so you can pour water into it and the plant's roots will drink it up as they need it. I'm not organised enough to group…

No. science has nothing to do with it. There are about 3 pages of people saying they have a bigger or smaller bone structure than their friend or sister whatever. People know their bone structure, if they have or have had low body fat yet still had large wrists or shoulders or hips etc then they know that their bones are…

? Natural health remedies, people with different sized bones. What's the correlation? I wasn't making fun of her, just asking her to stop telling people that they are wrong about their body frame and that our bones are all the same measurements

Did you grow the stevia from seed? I've wondered about trying it. Is it easy to grow? Also what do you do with it when you harvest it? Sorry for all the questions but it's better to hear from someone who's actually grown it than read general instructions on the net

I have ibs c and have a couple of times got so constipated that it caused impaction and a blockage in my colon. Bloo dy agony. I'm on ridiculous amounts of pain medication which cause constipation which makes it worse. Could it be that? Also trapped wind is extremely painful, do you eat fast? Possibly gulping air when you…

Oh yeah and I forgot acv is great for my skin and hair, wouldn't be without it

Sometimes I feel that people on here are so set in their mind of what science says is right that they close their mind to other possibilities. Look once scientists swore the earth was flat and anyone who said otherwise was mocked and ridiculed, then they discovered they were wrong. Once scientists said the atom was the…

Have a look at flexi ladies yoga on YouTube. She's brilliant, nice gentle yoga for people with pain and her voice is super soothing

That is so lovely to hear. I think the mental aspect is half the battle in weight loss. Well done you
-
What so just because you lost weight and it didn't show you have a big frame, that means it's the same for everyone!? I don't think so, honestly a thread full of posts and yet you're still right? Jeez
-
Yeah I try and avoid it. I much prefer fresh, natural foods
-
Hey that's great about the loss! Not so great about you being pushed and pulled about though. Are the exercises manageable for you? This is why I don't like using my stick unless I really need to, it hurts my shoulders and causes neck tension

I believe in fairies :)

I love growing fruit n veg. We have 2 apple trees, a plum tree, gooseberry and back currants, grapes and raspberries. I always grow tomatoes, this year I'm trying Sungold, yellow ones. Courgettes, Swiss chard, carrots, lettuce, cucumber, peas and runner beans are my every year usual too. Hubby just bought me a greenhouse…

Silly thing to say, some of us have a larger frame, some are more petite. I can't go below a size 12 and look healthy. My head and bones are larger than my friend who has the tiniest little wrists compared to me We're all different in many ways, I don't get why the op doesn't understand it

Oh no!!! Rest up and keep warm. I hope you heal up nice and fast xx

Great thread! I don't like dragon fruit much, have you tried Sharon fruit? I might try the jackfruit, if I don't like it I can give it to my parrot! Have you heard of James Wong? He's an English gardener with an interest in strange and unusual fruits. I'm going to try and grow some cucamelons
