I eat anywhere from 1200-1300 cals a day and I do just fine. This includes exercising 6 days a week. Ive lost 100lbs and only eat 3 meals a day so yes it sustainable. You have to find the right combination of foods that have a good combination of protein and helps you stay full. Lowering your calories is not for everyone…

This is where your resolve kicks in. Sure its fun when the weight is coming off but what do you do when it slows? Are you going to get frustrated and stop or keep pushing through?

By seeing the results of my hard work. That motivates me to go to work out everyday. Also, once you do something long enough, it becomes routine. Once it becomes routine, you must do it or everything else feels off.

eat some peanut butter or granola. that will def help you to reach that goal. My advice is to try and eat your allotted calories because as you start to lose weight, your calorie allotment goes down and you are going to wish you had 1800 again! lol
