HUH?? Every body is different so my workout may not be the best to help you achieve goals. Figure out what your goal is and go and look up some excercises that can be done utilizing the equipment you have. Sorry, not trying to be rude but you have to do some research on your own.

And i do not use MFP to calc my calories burned. I use a HR monitor which is pretty darn accurate. Even then I round down by about 100.

uhhh the bigger you are, the more calories you burn. I easily burn 900-1000 calories in 1hr doing intense cardio. So no, it does not take hours to burn that.

I tested the theory of eating breakfast vs. not eating. I found on the days that a I alloted at least 20% of my overall calories to breakfast I was less hungry thoughout the day and made better choices. Such as less snacking between meals. Take it 1 day at a time. You do not have to eat salads but you have to make good choices and watch your servings. I am on a 78 day streak and somedays are hard but just take it slow and keep pushing. You can do it. Add me as a friend if you want. Having friends who are active everyday can really help.

Drink a big cup of water and just sit and wait. Usually that works for me because it fills me up. Or you can eat some dry cereal like Cheerios. It's not pizza but it's good for you !
