Hello everyone, I lost 125lbs using this app but gained back 50 after slacking off. Back at again and could use some friends. I log my meals and exercise daily. I even log my meals when I go over my calories. Add me if you like

I found that planning your meals out in advance really helps
-
This is going to sound crazy but I listen to 90’s r&b when I run or lift weights.
-
You can do it. Don’t think about how far you have to go. Take it one day, one meal at a time.
-
You can do it, just take it one day at a time. I lost 125lbs but gained back about 20 so I am back at it again as well.

Hi guys. I feel your pain even tho I am man and my journey may a bit different. I started out at 396lbs and so far have lost 110lbs over a year. It can be done, you just have to stay committed.

First off, awesome braids :) 2 hours a day? you are a beast! When I started I was doing the same thing. A fitness trainer at the gym told me work smart, hit the gym hard for 30-60 min no rest and you can burn just as many calories as someone working out for hours. Fantastic start though keep up the good work.

Just eat like normal but eat less of it and make smart choices. No need to just eat fruit and veggies all day. You need to find the right combination of foods that will make you full, give you the proper nutrients. Its a journey for sure but if you stick with it you will make it to your goal. I have been on MFP for about…

That is awesome. I hope you reach your goal. It is going to take time and effort but you can do it

Savage all day every day. well 6 days a week.

Hello, just addn my 2 cents. My wife went took the surgery route and I went the natural route. No shame in going either way. I was just too chicken to go under the knife lol. Anyway, let me tell you that although having surgery helps you lose weight faster, you are still going to have to work hard. You have to make sure…

well, as a father, sometimes it is just tough love. It may not be the most effective way to communicate our feelings but believe me, there is love and concern behind those comments.
