Your being here is a first step and it's a good one. I've lost 50 so far but I have a lot more to go. I know keeping my head straight is a big issue. I have to remember to know that each day is a step in the right direction toward my goal. I also have to be aware that it is going to take a long time for me to get where I am going and not to lose heart when things don't go exactly as planned.
