Hey. Team sloth here, slow is the new fast 🤣. Started running last year with C25K, did a couple of 5k's. Have regained some weight and struggling to get back into it. Going to have a go at 'jeffing' to get me back out there!

You can do this! :) One day at a time and you're already on day one!

I'm 5.2 as well  Us shorter folk can't carry those pounds as well, am looking forward to saying goodbye to mine!!
-
Welcome! I am looking to lose a similar amount to you. If you want to add me as a friend on here for support feel free :)
-
I don't have a weight goal as such, but have a wedding in late May, a holiday in July and am due to graduate with a degree in October, so would love to look nice when that happens instead of having to delete 20 'fat pics' in order to find one that doesn't look too bad!
-
Hi and welcome. Just wondering what the deadline is for, a special occasion, holiday etc? Good luck on your journey, MFP is amazing and really easy to use.

I'm 46 from not so sunny Bristol, would love some new friends too :) I find that seeing others doing well motivates me and I'd love to do the same :)
