I haven’t gone overboard this week. Trying to cut out alcohol this week to conserve calories. This is day 4 without and the calories haven’t been more than 100 over my daily goal.

Wow! Awesome job! You both look great. Btw, I have the same Lane Bryant tank tops and love them! I'm a 18/20 top now, but still like to wear the 26/28 version since It tends to hug all the bumps and lumps in the smaller versions.

Hi! I'm 35 and have lost 21.5 lbs using MFP since March 27, 2015. My goal is to lose 135 total. This is the first time I've used MFP, so I'm unsure how to join a group, but would be interested in joining you!

That is an awesome idea! I've lost 19 lbs since March 27 and do feel lighter on my feet, but I bet it would be a shocker to feel how I was 19 lbs heavier in immediate contrast to now. <makes mental note to try this tonight>
