Im 5ft 2.... Lost 33lbs
My start weight was 10st 7lbs
My current weight is 8st 3lbs

120 lbs down in 14 months. Still a ways to go to get to my goal, but I feel like a new person!

From about 270 to 215. I lost most of the weight in 2014 with MFP and lots of cycling. Back now for a little help with maintenance. (Seriously, that's the hardest part.)

Getting there slowly. Go to gym 5-6days a week. Eating healthier. Little worried I will put a lot back on over Christmas. Will try to stay strong.

Ash_law - great transformation!
haychc87 - you can tell you are working out. Don't worry about the holidays. Plan ahead. Small portions and moderation. I eat a little of my favorites especially sweets. I will probably gain 3-5 lbs but mostly due to salt and sugar overload. The day after only eat protein, avocado, coniferous veggies, 8-10 glasses of water and 2 bottles of coconut water, NO sugar even fruit, and you'll be fine!

Yeah strict diet and bodybuilding , only cardio is 45 min walk each morning with training 5 days a week each body part1 -
