@fanncy0626 Stronglifts 5X5. You can look it up at stronglifts.com. Lifting three days per week. Weighing and logging ALL my food. Cardio here and there, once a week or so.1 -
In the first photo I was 208 lb in the last pic I was 141 lbs. Still working to get to 130!

Although it's great to see the amazing change in peoples physique, what I notice more than anything is look at their faces. In virtually every case on the 'after' photo's they're all smiling!! Physical and mental changes are very powerful - awesome job to everyone who has posted so far1

It depends on where you are viewing them. If I attempt to access them from my work laptop, I am unable to view them. If I use my phone or home laptop, I have no issues.0 -
