I have my setting at bulking since i train 6 days. And I know how much lower i should stay for a cut, clean gain or on a rest day. As long as you can see your daily consumption it shouldnt really matter.

I always have a main goal and smaller ones in between my current state and my main goal. Step by step I reach then, yes, change it.

Probably because you are always at maintenance that gets you into a plateau and in the end your body tries to protect more vital parts of your body because of lack of nutritions by finding whatever it can from all over your body. Could you be a little more specific so I can try to help?

Eat, clean, train hard and most importantly dont forget that you are doing this for yourself. Dont make it a burden, make it a lifestyle and you yourself will see how the change will follow mate. Good luck!
