  • No, I don't eat the calories burned from exercise back. Weighing on kitchen scale I have definitely upped the intensity. Maybe I used the wrong words ...my bad...maybe not gained muscle but definitely see more muscle definition. :)

  • I did four rounds last year just DVDs no containers. Just logged on mfp with a calorie limit. I saw great success. I also did 16 days of insanity and a round of t25 and lost over 30 lbs. my first round of 21df was my most successful!

  • When I first started I went from milk and sugar to almond milk and sweetener. Definitely takes some getting used to. Now I drink it with just two sweetener. Yum:)
