I always wondered how this was done. If you hit quote it copies what someone else wrote and you can respond to it. Otherwise just scroll down to the comment box and make your entry if it doesn't pertain to someone else's post.

There are no quick fixes. If you want the weight to come off and stay I believe the trick is lifestyle changes and persistence. For exercise make sure it is something or several somethings you enjoy doing and have fun! Get some supportive friends.

To add someone click on there name, another screen comes up - click on their name again. Then I think it is a plus sign you need to click on to add and you can add some text if you want and then click on the check mark to send the add request. Name/name/➕/☑️

Start by eating healthy. Try staying away from processed foods. I read somewhere to try eating a small box of raisins whenever the sweet cravings hit. Fruits can be very sweet and satisfying.

I take Omega-3 gummies. I had bursitis in my knees and my medical provider suggested I take Omega-3. Since I don't like swallowing pills I found these in gummy form. My bursitis has gone away, but I am still taking them to help lubricate my joints. I've been taking them for at least 3 years.

Supposedly it is caused by their repackaging efforts. It is frustrating.

Yesterday was my 12 week weigh in and I gained a pound, so I'm a little sad... I had been sick with a cold, so that probably played a role.

I walk a lot now. My dog just loves to walk with me. I do have to say when I first started I could only walk 1 block, but now I can walk and walk and walk some more.... I usually get my 10,000 steps in.

Marcy, I remember reading about your marble jars on the Daily Dose. I actually saw a jar of marbles at work one day and I couldn't help but wonder why they were there. I also wondered how many pounds they would represent. Keep up the good work. Anita

Thursdays are my official weigh in day and I lost 3 lbs this week. Total weight loss on NS is 23.5 lbs in 10 weeks.
