  • I've done the 10,000 Swing challenge 4 times over the past year and a 1/2. This challenge is completed by doing 500 Swings per day/workout. It's tough but doable... Each time I've done it, I have lost weight, inches and fat. Yet gained strength at the same time. Go for it!
