Right now I have these Dunkin' Donuts flavors: coconut, cinnamon coffee roll, and chocolate glazed donut. In the past I've used vanilla protein powder as creamer, but I usually don't add anything now. I love coffee. :)

I used to carry all the laundry at once when I needed to put it away. Now I carry one type of item (socks, for example) and put that away. Then I go back and repeat the process until all my laundry is put away. At work I have to put ashtrays on each table prior to opening. I used to carry a stack of six to minimize trips,…

Oh, I've been going about this all wrong! I've been setting it as one serving and then taking my portion's weight and dividing it by the total weight to get my serving. Your way is much easier, and I feel silly for not having thought of it.

I love avocado on salads and black bean burgers and sometimes alone as a snack. I've got some on the counter just waiting to be made into guacamole later. :)

I almost always exceed the default fiber goal. I can't help it. I like eating those foods!

If you can find the time to make them, "lactation cookies" are high calorie, high fat snacks. When I made the recipe, it worked out to be about 735 calories per cookie. 63g fat, 40g carbs, 12g fiber, 12g protein. http://www.drmomma.org/2010/08/major-milk-makin-lactation-cookies.html

This used to be my issue with running. Then one day, it seemed I magically learned how to breathe and I was so excited. "OMG I'M RUNNING!" I thought. Then my ankles popped and the good times were over.

Bananas aren't the only source of potassium. A serving of baby spinach has 751.5 mg and is only 20 calories. Bell peppers, cherries, and avocados also have potassium.

I have an original 50mm TG X-Pole, and I'm about over it. I think I would feel better about it if I actually had a ceiling mount instead of that annoying dome. I'm really interested in getting a powder coated Lil Mynx rotator, but I haven't decided if I want to stick with 50mm or give 45mm a try.

I love Studio Veena! I'm curious about Cleo the Hurricane's lessons too, but she is way more expensive.
