Me five years ago: "Look at that person running, they're crazy...and I am secretly jealous." *never thinks of that person again*

DFW as well.

I believe my theater sells those big dill pickles.

You are the female equivalent of me.

I am starting this tonight, feel free to add me. Looking forward to not being able to move for about a week, haha.
-
Me as well, feel free to add me if you would like. Starting up again today after a month of slacking.
-
Please tell me the doggy responded, because that would be awesome.
-
I would love to join as well, please.

I am the same way if you wish to add me. I am a consistent runner/lifter, but I had to take off a couple of weeks because of health reasons. I plan on making up for the missed time (in a healthy way).

When you wear clothes that actually fit, you cannot sneak snacks into the cinema.

I quite like going to the gym, but on days I can not be arsed I just remember how good I feel on the drive home after I do go. It usually pushes me to go, and I do leave happy I went.

Fit Girls Guide or Way of Gray. I am not sure about the cost, but it is worth looking into.

For running, it does not matter to me. I agree about the lifting though. I generally go with punk or my generations version of hardcore (not the throw your arms and legs around type).

As crazy it sounds to some, I just realized how much I actually enjoy running longer distances. I used to run a mile and stop, but now I am currently training for a bunch of 5ks. I run about 5k 3 times a week, and HIIT 2 other times depending on how my legs feel (if not just a quick mile). I really hate the cold, as it…

Count me in, please.

Same here. We could be wonder twins.

I find that if I cover my eyes with my hands while I run I do not have to worry about this problem. Moving cars, yes, interacting with strangers, nope!

The Flums!

I do not think my bum is saggy, but definitely flat. We should start a group. haha

I agree about the therapy aspect. It shuts my brain off and I can just focus on my music, and what is in front of me. I used to only run a mile at a time. I then downloaded an app for my phone and was testing it out when I realized I had ran over 3 miles. I only had to stop twice to stretch since I did not plan on running…

Hello, everybody. I am Kai from North Texas, mid 30's. I have been maintaining for about 4 years now. I came across this app by chance, which introduced me to recomposition. I wish I would have known about that 2 years ago. Looking to cut down about 10 pounds and will start at recomping. I have an event in 2 weeks, so I am…

At the time I was happy I got to renew my drivers license with my old photo. I thought it would be a good conversation starter. It was...years and years of the same conversation. You might not believe it, but telling people your weight loss story can get old. I did leave my wallet on the counter at a restaurant once. The…

Look into HIIT cardio, I recently started this and it already seems to be helping (sorry if it has already been recommended).
-
Does dyeing your hair blue make you run faster? *bald and jealous* Good luck! I have about a 15lb goal myself, feel free to add me if you would like to.

Maintenance is not a job, so do not let it overwhelm you. Also, the cake is a lie.

I was still in "diet mode" for about a year after I lost all my un-wanted weight. My mind was just hard wired, and it was not like I was ever hungry. I then came across recomping when I was trying to figure out how I could still possibly have a little belly after my diet/exercise. It was telling me to add about 1000 more…

Well throwing in core workouts, more cardio and changing this and that in my personal life, the fat should drop off fairly quickly. It is interesting seeing my actual daily diet broken down into numbers. Now that I have a better understanding of TDEE, I realized I'm still eating the same way I did over 2 years ago when I…

I am glad I re-visited this post as it seems I need to do about a month or two more of high cardio to lose a bit more BF. I am happy to at least be able to say I am finally wrapping my head around this process. My eyes would cross when I was first reading up on this. My question is, what is generally considered light…

"All things in moderation." I know it is easier said than done, but once you see results it will be all the inspiration you need. I am in North Texas, feel free to add me if you would like.

I am a "wannabe" Anglophile if that counts? :)
