    I saw GWAR on their first tour in Milwaukee in 1988 or '89? They played with Old Skull (three 12 year olds from Madison that played punk. RIP J.P.) Was such a great show. The place they played was really small so there was "blood" and other "emanations" from the band all over us. It was my brothers second show after seeing 7 Seconds a few months prior.

    For running, it does not matter to me. I agree about the lifting though. I generally go with punk or my generations version of hardcore (not the throw your arms and legs around type).
