Hummus toast! Toast with everything hummus, one hard boiled egg, everything bagel seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Thank you all for the opinions. Especially the ones that answered with specific experience in it. I appreciate it.

I'm not interested in "toning". I'm interested in lifting heavy. And anyone that has had personal experience in lifting and eating keto and what their results were which is why I reworded my question to include that. Have you had any experience in that?

Halo Top, 260 calories for a pint of birthday cake flavor. yum.

Pullled buffalo chicken!

No, it doesn't specify without a payment. He talks about being in a calorie deficit and still being able to lose fat while gaining muscle.

Strawberries, cut into halves or slices, a couple tablespoons of low calorie sweetener on top (I use Splenda sugar blend) stick it in the fridge overnight. The sugar turns into a super yummy syrup on top of your strawberries.

Thank you all! I'm definitely going to give it a go and try out some of the moves you described, victory68!

Thank y'all!

I was stuck at 150 for about a month and a half. I upped my calories by 200 and found that it was easier for me to reach, and ten pounds melted off after that. Don't deprive yourself. I would deprive myself and then be so hungry that I ended eating something I shouldn't. So a lower calorie goal ended up being less…

Thanks! I also love Billy! He has so many DVDs though, I was unsure where to start. I'll definitely check these out!

Yes, I know this. Like I said, I'm comfortable at maintaining my current weight. If I tried for anything lower, I'd feel like I'd struggle too much. I was just hoping to see if there was anything I could to help my body fat (which seems to all sit in my belly) while maintaining my current caloric goal.

On day 2, I'm super excited and could use accountability!

Me! Working on the last 20 lbs, trying to get motivated to pick up some heavy weights.

Frozen yogurt. Usually a nice little treat until I shamefully eat the entire pint.

I laughed. And then I cried a little. Because I've done almost every one of these before.

Love this. Whether you like McDonald's or not, the whole McDonald's made me fat thing is absurd. It's a silly excuse and I'm glad someone is taking the piss out of it.

There's a 30 pound difference between the lowest and the highest for me, so yes I believe that constitutes as wildly different. And if you're 5'3 like myself, even 10 pounds is a very noticeable difference.

I don't think calculators are the be-all end-all by far, but I like that this site uses four different formulas as well as a healthy recommendation for BMI. Which are all wildly different, I think it's a good indicator of what's healthy but also a good indicator that you're going to have to experiment, see what you're…

Thanks guys! Great advice. I think I'll hit my local bike shop and at the very least get their opinion.

I eat a light breakfast and sometimes a light lunch so that I can eat a big dinner which is really when I'm hungry. I tried the whole 5 or 6 small meals and it didn't work for me. This has been much more attainable for me. I say it's all about what works best for yourself and you may have to do some experimenting to find…

I used this to help me figure out my final goal: http://www.calculator.net/ideal-weight-calculator.html But honestly I'd say whatever you're comfortable with and whatever's easiest for you to maintain. I agree that you may find that you're more unsatisfied with your body fat % rather than your actual weight, so that may be…

I'm also 5'3 and a half, currently 140 with a goal of 120-ish. But I'm sure that will change when I start my weightlifting journey, as you know muscle weighs more than fat. So I'm going to have to kind of feel it out.

Amazing! Congrats.

Looking good, girl!

60 pounds down by eating whatever I want as long as it's within my calories. But I have stopped eating super greasy fried foods for the most part, just because they make me feel blah anymore. By picking up a few healthy habits, I'm surprised by the foods I no longer crave or miss.

I'm 5'3, 140 with a goal of 120. I'm definitely not too skinny, my BMI is on the high side. But I get this too. My family was super encouraging until I got down to about their size and then it was "You don't need to lose anymore weight." I think it boils down to the fact that people want to see you do good, but never…

That trying to keep up with the boys when you're 60 pounds lighter results in you getting embarrassingly plastered. :disappointed:

I've lost 60 pounds eating various frozen foods, as long as it's within my calories and macros. Honestly, I think trying to go by what worked for someone else is what causes people to fail. I tried the whole clean eating thing, didn't work for me and wasn't realistic for my lifestyle. I tried the 6 small meals a day,…
