I think everyone at some point in there life feels like this...But just remember that he is YOUR boyfriend so he must think you are amazing or he wouldn't be with you. To be honest I don't say no to those things I just eat them in extreme moderation. If it will throw you off the wagon maybe don't but I think you are more likely to stick to your new way of eating healthy if you dont say no to everything. If you eat a small portion of something you know is not good for you, kick your own…

I take 4 green tea pills twice a day 2 in the morning and 2 at night and then I take 1 flax seed oil capsule. Flax seed is reeeallyy good for you:)
