I need some recipes for italian sauage

Before I freeze the huge container of sausage I want to make a meal tonight using it. Does anyone have any recipes they would like to share that isn't sausage subs or using pasta? Thanks in advance.

    Make little pizza's using whole wheat flat bread and lots of veggies! And you could freeze them for a quick meal next time:) Cheers!

    No matter what recipe I am going to use sausage I always take a toothpick and poke holes all over each link and then boil them in a pot on the stove until they turn white. Rinse them in water to take away all the fat.

    How about take a pan on the stove top and heat with a little water and brown the sausage - keep adding water so they don't burn or smoke.

    Cut up some red sweet peppers, drizzle a little olive oil or cooking spray and grill them on either a George Foreman or griddle pan.

    Perhaps make a nice salad too.
