I've lost 105 pounds and have another 100 to go. I'm doing low carb/keto with 1500 calories. I post lots of recipes and pictures of my creations plus I give TONS of daily support. Would like friends who give the same.

Also turkey gravy, mash potatoes and fresh baked butter rolls. I guess it's the way school cafeterias use to be in the "old days". Now it's all pre-fab most places and no thought put in it.

It depends on the diet plan you are following. If you are doing a Ketogenic diet - low carbs and high fat. Also the macros that are set are (in my opinion) way too high.
