    Please feel free to add me. 1495 calorie goal. Open diary. I’ve been on here pretty consistently for about 3 years. I’m in the beginning of switching from tracking calories to tracking macros (which still measures out to the same about of calories). We will see how that goes.

    I've lost 105 pounds and have another 100 to go. I'm doing low carb/keto with 1500 calories. I post lots of recipes and pictures of my creations plus I give TONS of daily support. Would like friends who give the same.

    I'm in as well. My base is 1370 calories but with exercise I usually end up going for around 1500 calories and def could use some ideas.
