    I've got a 1900 calorie allowance, but I haven't managed to break 1600 since I got here a few days ago. I've dropped about 30 pounds in the last couple months, and I just started doing a little light exercise over the last couple of days.

    I'll be happy to help anyone anyway I can, and I accept all requests. Been fighting the battle of the bulge my whole life, just found something that is making it as easy as breathing. My diary is public. Best of luck folks!

    I managed to lose 30 pounds again this year by the way... but then summer happened and I never got back on track. Still have 70 to lose!

    Please feel free to add me. 1495 calorie goal. Open diary. I’ve been on here pretty consistently for about 3 years. I’m in the beginning of switching from tracking calories to tracking macros (which still measures out to the same about of calories). We will see how that goes.

    I've lost 105 pounds and have another 100 to go. I'm doing low carb/keto with 1500 calories. I post lots of recipes and pictures of my creations plus I give TONS of daily support. Would like friends who give the same.

    I'm in as well. My base is 1370 calories but with exercise I usually end up going for around 1500 calories and def could use some ideas.
