Yes, thank you! One of my downfalls is I focus TOO much on the scales! I'm used to weighing myself everyday as a morning routine, pee-weigh-meds-coffee! lol

My hubby had gastric bypass and the Unjury protein powder and their hot choc mix is really good! I go to the hospital where he had the surgery and pick it up..

Thanks! I had double total hip replacements end of last year and there's a whole lot I can't do just yet, but I do have resistant bands and 5lb weights. Also having knee surgery in July due to a meniscus tear...I just need to move! My dr suggested water aerobics!

Marinated in Italian salad dressing for 30 minutes then grill or bake. Very easy and my 4yr old loves it!
