I like how you are able to look back and tell what and how you were feeling. Great way to learn. It's December, let's keep plugging.

You need to look at this more like a lifestyle then a diet. You need to find something that works. Calories. Macros. Etc. Don't keep starting over. Keep moving towards your lifestyle.

It all depends on your height and current weight as well. 1200 to 1300 could be way to low for you. Planning your meals ahead in MFP can help you as well.

I have the Blaze. I think it's accurate for steps, but I do not feel it is on my lifts. It does not track the stair master like I thought it would. Also, I found better tracking with my Polar Watch for lifts. FitBit users can feel free to add me.

Please don't let the scale dictate your day. That time around I up anywhere from 3-6. It sucks. One day at a time. Always here to motivate. Keep up the good work.

1200 is not realistic for anyone. Roughly eat 1700-1900 cal a day. Hit cardio 5-6 days a week. Weight training was 6 now down to 4-5 due to a challenge I entered. Hit me up with questions.

One day at a time. One step at a time. If you have a bad day, you pick yourself up the next day. Don't let one bad day run into the next. Wake up with a different mindset. All my meals are prepped the night before. I am less then 18 weeks out from my first figure comp, there is no room for error. Set yourself up to kick…
