I do all of the following exercises, plus have these in my shoes always: https://heelthatpain.com/treatments/htp-heel-seats/ I keep my arch support d all the time and never go barefoot. I wear Altras on the trail and Brooks for road and always have this heel seat I've been sticking with these for two full weeks and I…

I weigh myself twice each time because for some reason the first weight is 2-4lbs heavier than the second reading. I consider it a calibration on the first go round and accept the 2nd weigh in. Subsequent weighs have always proven to be identical to the 2nd weigh and I've been doing this for 3+ years.

I did it when my old job offered it. I liked the weekly sessions. I was actually interviewed with them as a success story.

No. Eating calories at maintenance causes the scale not to budge. Starting a new exercise may result in water retention, which can cause the appearance of no weight loss. If you stay the course with a calorie deficit, your weight will go down.

For me it's granola and cereal. Gets me every time.

About 80/20. I like big portions, so I would eat lower calorie / higher volume, so lots of veggies, smaller carb portions, and lean meats. I actually would say I eat more boring rather than healthy, but I keep it predictable most of the time, so then I don't feel so bad of there's a big indulgence or something like that.…

I have that bike, too! I have Les Mills On Demand. There are three spin programs. The Trip, RPM, and Sprint.

I work full time (from home). I wake up verrrrrry early and run or lift around 430-5 for about an hour and a half.

Walking. Les Mills On Demand

I run 4x per week. Lift heavy / spin 2x per week. Rest 1x per week.

I use a Vivoactive 3. I'm a runner and do a lot of other fitness activities so it's a good fit for me.

The truth is I need breakfast. Other people don't.

What I like about that program is for the most part you get to say Yes instead of No to things. Probably the only thing I would adjust would be to get 100g of protein per day, rather than cutting carbs odd specifically at 100g, simply on the spirit of saying Yes. The intent behind that is to get your carbs focused on…

I'll give another perspective here. I have been following StrongCurves as a supplement to my running training and less of physique training. There is such a good focus on glutes and hips, it has done wonders for injury prevention. Hubby says my *kitten* looks great. I haven't been doing very heavy weight, bit very focused…

High quality meat, usually grass fed and also free range eggs.

Ignore the before/after photos, but give it a whirl if you think that's the sort of exercise that suits you. I use Les Mills On Demand which is similar. When it comes to exercise, the best exercise is the exercise you will enjoy and do regularly. I know a lot of people who use Beachbody on D mand and really enjoy it. You…

Can you tell us a little bit more about your diet (or make your diary public)? It could be that you're eating more than you think, but it's hard to say without looking at your diary.

I use something like Aquiphor or a good lotion to lube up and wear long, compression style shorts.

In a year from now, it will still be a year from now, so rather than focus on where you can't be in that time, focus on where you can be. You're going to "win" either way. So what if it's 1lb per week instead of two? Are you seriously not going to lose weight at all because the rate of loss you hope for is not likely to…

I lost about 60 of 100lbs with minimal intentional exercise. I walked my dog and sometimes went on a walk during my lunch break.

Yep. I did.

I like Yoga with Adriene. Free on YouTube. Took me a while to dig it, now I really enjoy it. I prefer Yin (stretch and hold) vs the more flowy stuff like sun salutations and vinyasa.

I am 5'6" and I'm a size 10 in the 147-155lb weight range. I'm pretty curvy.

Both of my 50k race days yielded 75k+ steps. I was tired and hungry.

I feel like I will have to measure to keep on track for life.

Go to bed. One of my best tactics during weight loss was to go to sleep so I didn't feel hungry. Only occasionally was I actually hungry enough to feel I needed to eat.

Love this. Thank you. I'm a Marriott girl, but easy enough to find comparable omelet stations. Good call on the chic fil a and Chipotle...or at least knowing where they are. Also my go-tos for predictable protein. Macros are tough for sure, butbif I can nail calories and protein, I am ok with that.
