I like murder mystery type podcasts. If you do, Bear Brook is excellent! I liked it so much I googled, what podcast is like Bear Brook and now I'm listening to the podcast Cold, which is also really good. Each episode is about an hour which for me is perfect for an average run.1

Hey kamaniwase,
I recommend the TheBasementYard podcast if you're looking to listen to something random and hilarious.
For music I use an app called FitRadio (I believe it's on both Android and iOS). It's a paid app (about $10/month), with a 3 month free trial so you can try it before you buy it. It offers a wide range of genres and they're all mixes that flow nicely. Great for getting you hype and pumped.
Hope this helps.0 -
