Man, you guys really get on it!! I can't believe some of you even pushing 7 days a week. I'm working with 4 days a week right now so I don't overdo it and do something crazy like quit. Question- for the people who listed these exercises, what is 5x5 and Pole?

I always try the local cuisine when I travel- I would much rather have the experience than save the calories. But portion control will definitely be your friend. Supplement extra veggies everywhere!

Just make sure and log everything to you can hold yourself accountable and eat better next time. Not next week or tomorrow, but your very next mean. Don't skip meals or punish yourself.

I think I would much rather blend something up myself that pay such a high cost for baby food. Plus...it's baby food. Not for me.

As long as you are planning for infrequent dinners like this it is perfectly acceptable! Way to go planning and exercising to create a deficit for it first.

Go for it- if you've been on track it will be nice to know what effect it has had (or not!) Additionally I would suggest taking measurements to be able to see in the future if there are changes.

I usually use coconut oil or olive oil depending on what I'm cooking.
