    Log it and move on

1 day doesn't ruin your diet

    Your attitude towards it might

    I would ponder

Am I overly restricting causing me to binge
Why was it a whole day and not a single meal
Does it fit within my weekly calories eg could I have saved up that many calories during the week to use on a day of higher calories
Do I generally eat delicious food that I love
Am I hitting my protein and fat targets

Binging usually happens for 1 of 2 reasons, you're eating your feelings or over restricting yourself?

Just make sure and log everything to you can hold yourself accountable and eat better next time. Not next week or tomorrow, but your very next mean. Don't skip meals or punish yourself.

Use it as a learning experience. Can you figure out what physical or emotional state might have led to the behavior? Can you use that introspection to better prepare--or at least be better able to recognize your "triggers?'

A lot of us have life - long weird relationships with foid. It's what made us and kept us overweight. It's unlikely that a new eating plan is going to change that relationship all at once.

Give yourself some slack; learn what you can about yourself and your relationship with food; then log and move on.

    Love this!

I am learning to cook delicious food I love that are low calorie and that leaves me satisfied. Skinnytaste.com is awesome. I love being excited for my 400 calorie dinner and anticipating the deliciousness of my 345 calorie zucchini lasagna!
