Im cutting at the moment and I usually do 1-1.5 of protein per pound of body weight, 0.5 gram of fat per pound of body weight then fill the rest up with carbs. Same! I HATE cardio, the only cardio machine I can force myself on to is the stair master! I do weight circuit as my cardio. OP are you adding weight as you feel yourself get stronger? Use the IIFYM website. Gives you your TDEE, cutting, maintaining and bulking calories /macros depending on how how intense you plan to cut/bulk. It is a rough idea and a good place to start, you may have adjust calories to suit you. It's trial and error :)

I weigh myself every Saturday morning. I look forward to it and it helps me push harder during the week to get to see the figures drop (currently cutting). I also have a hot bath with Epsom salt on a Friday night so i am not holding any water weight the next morning for My weigh in :)
